Scholarships for Student Residents
NETCDC believes in supporting the next generation of community members. To support our belief in this coming generation we offer a scholarship to a qualified, deserving student from one of our communities in support of their continuing education.
Land Banking
The North East Texas Community Development Corporation offers a land banking program can have great effect in redeveloping and unlocking the potential of non performing properties, returning them to taxable assets.

A total of 41 units of affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing located across the Rockwall area.

Home Construction and Rehabilitation
NETCDC has developed and successfully constructed multiple new homes in support of our mission. In addition NETCDC is focused on major and minor home rehabilitations and repair, and has completed numerous projects in our area.

Down Payment Assistance
First time homeowner downpayment assistance in amounts up to $5,000.00, for individuals who qualify. (subject to fund availability).
