The North East Texas Community Development Corporation (NETCDC) exists to provide stable, quality housing that strengthens families and supports long-term community wellbeing. We are a locally governed nonprofit committed to responsible property stewardship, resident dignity, and creating housing environments where individuals and families can grow, work, and thrive.
Our communities are intentionally designed to meet varying household sizes and needs — from single-resident apartments to larger family homes. Whether in a multi-unit building or a scattered-site neighborhood setting, each property reflects our commitment to safety, functionality, and long-term sustainability.

The Meadows (Scattered-Site Community)

The Meadows is a scattered-site residential community, meaning homes are distributed throughout the neighborhood rather than concentrated in a single building. This model offers residents the benefits of neighborhood integration while maintaining consistent standards and oversight.
