The Meadows

The Meadows community is composed of twenty, 863 square foot, 2 bedroom 1 bath units. Twelve, 1052 square foot, 3 bedroom 1 bath units. As well as four, 1351 square foot 4 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath units. Our units have been recently remodeled. Most pets are acceptable (with pet deposit).  Standard in each apartment are:  Dishwasher disposal, range,microwave and refrigerator and washer dryer hookups. Featured are double stainless steel sinks, ample cabinet space, granite counter tops, tile flooring throughout, and walk-in closets. All units are cable TV ready, and have parking.

 

Bourn St

The Bourn Street triplex consists of three, 500 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath units.

All units include a dishwasher, disposal, range, and refrigerator. Featured are double stainless steel sinks, ample cabinet space, tile flooring, and walk-in closets. All units are cable TV ready and have off street parking.

Ross Street @ Peters Colony

Ross Street @ Peters Colony is a two story, 900 square foot duplex with three upstairs bedrooms and  2 & 1/2 baths. These units come with a washer/dryer combination, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Featured are vinyl plank flooring, an energy saving tankless water heater, spray foam insulation, granite countertops, with ceiling fans in the rooms as well as the porch. As Ross @ Peters Colony is a two story it also includes fire escape ladders in the upper rooms. This newly constructed (2017) duplex comes with off street parking.

In all of our properties the NETCDC pays for the water and trash, while the occupant pays their gas electricity and cable.
